Feb 2026: Space Weather Forecast

Hello y’all, time for your Monthly Space Weather Forecast for February! :peppy music:

We’re now past the full moon in Leo, and yesterday Uranus finally got its butt out of retrograde and stationed direct. This planet of change and reform is going to pull on us over the next few days, with Mercury and Venus both squaring it (Merc on the 5th and Venus on the 8th if you’re in the Western Hemisphere) – but don’t worry, that’s a pretty common occurrence, it’s over quick, and it’ll mostly temper our already-lit fires for a hot second.

Venus entering Pisces on the 10th provides a little dream-kick to our relationships, and with Uranus still freshly direct, it’s a good time to imagine what you want the future of your community to look like. It’s important to do that while things are still a little calm, because the forecast for the latter half of the month is tumultuous!

Saturn enters Aries on Friday the 13th in most time zones, bringing a stern focus on discipline and truth about ourselves, partnering with Neptune’s Aries transit last month…. right before a PILE of drama.

This month’s new moon in Aquarius on the 17th creates an annular solar eclipse, the “ring of fire” eclipse. This is going to bring challenges to your commitments, encouraging you to look at yourself and examine the things you’ve joined with. The moon segues into Pisces less than two hours later, making this a great time to work spells related to unity and overcoming obstacles to your dreams…. Which will help when Saturn conjuncts Neptune on the 20th, bringing that disciplined energy in line with the planet of dreams.

Then, the following week we get to “enjoy” Mercury retrograde, starting on the 26th, right before Mars squares Uranus, making us a little more hotheaded than normal for a day. Breathe. Be present with your loved ones. And buckle up, because eclipse season isn’t over – we have a lunar eclipse coming up in early March.
